A delicious twist on this classic snack that eliminates garlic and onion in favour of a big punch of umami.

  1. Preheat oven to 250 F
  2. Mix all of cereal/dry ingredients in a large roasting pan (may need to be divided into 2 batches depending on the size of your roaster)
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan and whisk in miso paste, worcestershire, honey, and salt until combined
  4. Pour butter mixture evenly over dry ingredients and mix well
  5. Bake in the oven for 1 ½ hours, stirring every 15 minutes
  6. Let mixture cool and store in airtight containers
