“Cooking for a Group” on CBC’s Alberta at Noon

I’m usually quite derelict in sharing the audio or video after I guest on a radio or t.v. show, so I’ve decided I need to be better at making the content easier to access.

With that in mind, here’s the audio from my recent appearance on CBC’s Alberta at Noon, where Host Judy Aldous,  Calgary chef Liana Robberecht, and I discussed dishes and strategies for cooking for a group. Somehow, as always, the topic veered off the rails and towards potlucks again, but we got it back on track and shared some good ideas. Lots of great input from listeners too. Have a listen.

Our segment starts around the 25 minute mark.
