Italian Style Cajun Shrimp
  1. Coat shrimp in cajun spice and set aside.
  2. Dice roma tomatoes and green onions
  3. Heat olive oil and butter in large non-stick skillet over med/high heat
  4. Add green onion and tomato. Cook until soft, stirring frequently.
  5. Add shrimp and cook until outside is pink and inside is no longer translucent. (about 4 minutes)
  6. Add a splash of white wine and simmer 10 minutes. Serve.
