In this premiere episode of the Off Menu Podcast, I chat with Ben Chalmers, chef and partner of Edmonton’s Corso 32. We talk about Ben’s role at the restaurant, some of his favourite places to eat, and of course pasta. Ben even gives us some tips on how to make the best pasta at home and what to look for when buying dried pasta at the grocery store.

You can find Ben most nights in the kitchen at Corso 32. To learn more about his pasta-making expertise, Ben will be making an appearance on the cooking stage at the Edmonton Fall Home Show on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 1 pm.

If you enjoy the episode, please consider submitting a rating or review in the iTunes store, and while you’re there you can subscribe so you don’t miss a minute of the fun.
